Humble Crew Auto Spa – Terms & Conditions


1. Window Tint Warranty



1.1 Warranty Coverage

Humble Crew Auto Spa provides a limited warranty on window tint installations performed by our authorized technicians. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship, including:

  • Peeling
  • Bubbling
  • Fading
  • Purple discoloration
  • Adhesive failure

This warranty applies only to factory glass and excludes aftermarket or previously damaged glass.

1.2 Warranty Duration

Window tint is warrantied for the life of the vehicle, and coverage applies only to the original owner.
This warranty is
non-transferable.

1.3 Warranty Limits

The maximum total payout for tint warranty claims is $1,000. Once this limit is reached, the warranty is considered fully satisfied and will lapse.

1.4 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Windshield tint of any kind (including sun strips)
  • Scratches caused by seatbelts, jewelry, keys, pets, or tools
  • Mechanical issues (e.g., window regulators)
  • Improper cleaning (e.g., ammonia cleaners, razor blades)
  • Pre-existing glass defects or contamination

1.5 Warranty Service Requirements

Warranty repairs must be performed by Humble Crew Auto Spa, or an approved shop at our sole discretion.
Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

1.6 Making a Claim

To file a claim:

  1. Contact Humble Crew Auto Spa within 30 days of noticing the issue.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos if requested.
  3. Bring the vehicle for inspection.

At our discretion, remedies include:

  • Re-tinting the affected window(s), or
  • Reimbursing up to the warranty limit

No rental, travel, or incidental costs are covered.




2. Paint Protection Film (PPF) Warranty


2.1 Protection Warranty

Humble Crew Auto Spa provides a limited protection warranty on PPF installations. This warranty covers:

  • Yellowing
  • Cracking
  • Bubbling
  • Lifting edges
  • Delamination

PPF must be maintained properly; contaminants such as bird droppings, bug splatter, tar, tree sap, or chemicals must be removed promptly or the warranty may be voided.

2.2 Warranty Duration

Premium PPF (Full Front or Full Body): 10 Years

  • Applies only to the original owner
  • Covers defects in materials or workmanship
  • Excludes commercial/fleet vehicles

2.3 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical impact damage (rock chips, accidents, road debris)
  • Chemical damage from bug splatter, sap, tar, pollen, etc.
  • Damage from automatic or pressure car washes
  • Minor scuffs or swirl marks from normal wear
  • Film removal by unauthorized personnel

2.4 Inspections & Maintenance

To maintain coverage:

  • Follow Humble Crew’s care guidelines
  • Use pH-neutral wash products
  • Avoid automated washes
  • Annual inspections are recommended

2.5 Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void if:

  • Film is altered or removed by an unauthorized party
  • Improper washing or maintenance occurs
  • Damage results from accidents, fire, flood, vandalism, or environmental events
  • Neglect or misuse is documented

2.6 Making a Claim

At the discretion of Humble Crew Auto Spa, remedies include:

  • Repair or replacement of defective film panels, or
  • Refund of the original installation cost

Repainting or replacement of affected surfaces is not covered.
Alternative transportation is not provided unless Humble Crew causes paint damage during removal.

2.7 Limitations

  • Partial PPF: Maximum coverage $2,500
  • Full PPF: Maximum coverage $7,500

Once the limit is reached, the warranty is fulfilled.

2.8 Accident Damage

If accident repairs require reapplication, contact us for assistance. Insurance coverage for PPF reinstallation is recommended.

2.9 Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.



3. Ceramic Coating & Detailing Warranty


Humble Crew Auto Spa Warranty

3.1 Protection Warranty

Coverage includes protection against:

  • UV damage
  • Animal droppings
  • Bug splatter

Contaminants must be removed promptly to avoid permanent damage and preserve warranty eligibility.

3.2 Coating Warranty Duration

Ceramic Elite: 5 years

  • Requires annual inspections
  • Missing the first inspection reduces coverage to 2 years

Ceramic GS02: 9 years

  • Requires annual inspections
  • Missing the first inspection reduces coverage to 2 years

Coating warranties exclude commercial vehicles.

3.3 Annual Inspections

To maintain validity:

  • Inspections must occur within 30 days of the anniversary date
  • Fees may apply
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • All work must be performed by Humble Crew or an authorized location
  • Claims must be reported within 30 days

3.4 Warranty Exclusions

Not covered:

  • Manufacturer paint defects
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Damages covered under OEM warranty
  • Hard water spots, scratches, stone chips, sap, rust, clear coat failure
  • Extreme weather, fire, flood, vandalism
  • Consequential or indirect damages

3.5 Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes invalid if:

  • Improper wash methods or automatic washes damage the coating
  • Abrasive polishes or third-party products are used
  • Accident repairs are not retreated
  • Terms and maintenance guidelines are not followed

3.6 Making a Claim

At the discretion of Humble Crew:

  • We may refund the cost of application, or
  • Repair and reapply the coating on affected areas

Repainting or alternate transportation costs are not covered.

3.7 Limitations

Maximum total payout: $2,500
Once reached, the warranty lapses.

3.8 Accident Damage

If damage requires reapplication, contact us directly. Insurance-protected coverage is recommended.
